The Dust Devils scored at least 10 points in the first two quarters but struggled on the defensive end. They had only 11 points in the second half and move to 0-3 on the season but were without two key players.
"I’m glad we played a team like San Tan Foothills and took a tough loss because they exposed a lot of things that we missed as coaching staff from our last game at Chino Valley," head coach Gilbert Herrera said. "We have plenty of opportunities to push the ball but we are realizing too late."
