"We went in to the Chino Valley game curious to see what challenges we would encounter with this being our first road game of the season," head coach Levin Johnson said. "Throughout the match, the Cougars hung in there with us. As the second half commenced we were unable to answer their late-game offensive strategy in time to turn the tables. With a few extra free throws in the 4th, they sealed the 10 point lead. Overall, I’m very pleased that our Lady Devils kept the fight alive as a team the entire game."
